Break Time
Well sorry for the delay since the last post. The big break application was a bust, i had some good rounds on the year but were overshadowed by not so good ones and have met a lot of interesting people through my travels. Stockton as always was a great time with all the members at Brookside CC that have supported me. Both Mexico events i played in Mazatlan and the Riviera Mayan brought new experiences and friendships. To all the people i met at these tournaments thank you for being so nice and supportive. My daughter Coral has grown up so much since i left home in the middle March. She is so great, fortunatly she has her daddy’s smile:). Well thats about it for now. Next up on the schedule will be the Alberta Open at Carmoney GCC in Calgary on the 9-11th of June. Then hop in a plane late the 11th to catch up with the Canadian Tour in Victoria, BC at Uplands GCC on the 12-15 of June. Take care all and we’ll chat soon. Stu

Hey Stu,
Keep your head up my friend and enjoy your family while you are back home. Best of luck to you in Calgary June 9-11. Deanne sends her love and said to tell you to just as Jimmy V once said, “don’t give up, never give up”.
We will keep watching for you to have that great round when it all comes together.
Remember “play every shot like it has a purpose” Stuart Anderson @ Brookside CC 2nd round, back nine.
Good luck my friend!

Hey Stu,
I was checking out the Cantour site and located your website, what a great site. I’m so happy to hear about your young family, how time flies. I missed you at last year’s Edmonton Telus Open, but happy to hear about a solid year in 2007 and a lot to look forward to in 08, leading with Eagles!
I’ve recently relocated from Edmonton to Toronto for work, have taken a VP of Sales & Marketing role for Canada in the Executive Recruitment Industry and although my wife and I are going to miss the family in Alberta, we will always visit. Look forward to catch up with you possibly at the RBC Canadian Open at Glen Abbey in Oakville. I’m actually looking at real estate in Oakville.
Wish you continued success and all the best this season.
Your Friend,
Jeff Goplin

Hi Stu,
Good to see you get caught up with the family again and also get recharged and focussed for a good run. Anybody that can shoot 63 has obviously got lots of game.
Sorry to hear for your sister and you the Big Break did not work out. You will just have to prove they made a big mistake.
Well, no more trips to Edmonton. Our son and his family are moving to New Brunswick in July.
Good on one of our members winning that last event ( Russell Surber ).
Don.t know what your plans are for Hazelmere this year, but you know you are always welcome here. Let us know.
The very best to you in Calgary, Victoria, and the rest of the way this year.

Stuart,
I just wanted to say thanks again for being such a class guy to Tim and I in Anaconda this past May. If you get to Second Stage Q-School again next fall at Oak Valley, we will be there to cheer you on. Good luck to you with your family and your golf.

Hey All,
Thank you so much for the comments and support.
Ed and Deanne, glad to hear everything is great in California and don’t worry times get tough but i will never give it up.
Jeff, great to hear from you and i will be trying my best to get into the Open in Oakville. Ya the family is good and it’s nice to see the baby grow.
Shari and Glenn, Sad to hear about the son and family are heading out east, just means you get to travel. I look forward to staying at the Agnew residence for another year. I will contact you via telephone soon.
Jim, Also really enjoyed playing with you and having Tim also caddying out there for you and me at times. To bad neither of us qualified but our weather wasn’t quite like other sites. Anyways keep up the good work on your game and hope to see you in the future.
Cheers,
Stu

Hi Stu,
We have had a turn of events here. Our son and family may be coming to visit here before they head back to New Brunswick. The dates may conflict with when you are here. We will give you notice as soon as possible if you may have to stay elsewhere. Like we said before, you are always welcome here otherwise.

Hi Stu,
It looks like our son will be coming to visit. Richard and Crystal Murray are very much looking forward in to hosting you this year. They live about the same distance from the golf course. Give us a call when you get to Victoria and good luck there as well.
